(TSX-V: FARM) (“Deveron” or the “Company”), a leading agriculture digital services and insights provider in North America, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Craig Hogan CPA, CA as VP – Finance. Craig Hogan is a finance professional with extensive experience working with rapidly-growing, TSX-V-listed public companies in the technology and manufacturing industries. As a strategic business partner with the CEO and management team he has shown leadership in key areas, including financial reporting and accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and systems implementations, among others. Mr. Hogan is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

The Company has granted Mr. Hogan 175,000 options to purchase common shares exercisable at a price of $0.75 per common share. The options expire on March 12, 2026, vest over 3 years. The shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant.
